We are on the lookout for an impressive Technical Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will use your technical and account management skills to drive both sales and success for our clients across the education, corporate, and government sectors.


As an Apple Solutions Expert and Authorised Service Provider, Beyond the Box is a specialist in Apple deployment and management solutions, as well as the surrounding network, identity, security, and device lifecycle.


Our team works closely together in supporting the varied technology needs of our clients; systems design and integration, specialised deployment consulting, and managed services. As an account manager, you'll have the technical backing you need to shoot for the stars.


This role is ideal for a driven individual who wants to excel and see their hard work rewarded. Our origins as a family business are deeply rooted in our culture, and we look forward to supporting the successful candidate in achieving their personal and professional development goals.


The main duties of the role include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients

  • Generating opportunities in existing and new accounts

  • Collaborating with our technical teams on the design and delivery of projects, service, and support

  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans and technology roadmaps

  • Working closely with our partners and vendors to develop opportunities and growth, in particular; Apple, Microsoft, Jamf, Sophos, Juniper, VMware, Veeam & HP.


To be successful in your application you will possess:

  • A proven track record in a similar role at an MSP or systems integrator

  • A solid understanding of current technology trends and vendors

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer service ethic and an ability to work under pressure


To be eligible, you must:

  • Have the right to work in Australia

  • Have and maintain a Working with Children permit
